India, the place of diversity in culture and its
bizarre roads and heaven for our street fashion craze. So we recently took a
look at one of its most popular street fashion blog "wearabout" to
see what’s been happening around with fashion among these crowded streets. We were
surprised. Here are some of our favorites featured so far in 2013.
The look of Natasha, who is a fashion model and
was recently signed by “Next Models”, London. As a kid, she wanted to become a
journalist and she thinks she’s loud person and she has a thing for Bradley
Cooper. She also has a fashion design degree from NIFT.
Malika Verma:
Malika; photographer,
writer and stylist. She likes to experiments with Sari and lives in Bangalore.
She is the founder of Border & Falls, a fashion Blog.
Lidowe Krome:
Krome, a philosophy
student from Patkai College, Nagaland (India), has started coloring her hair
since grade 4th and plays poker on Facebook and Need For Speed (what
else can a guy want).
Tetseo Sister’s: (Mercy,
Lulu and Kuku Tetseo from L-R)
The three famous
sisters from “Tetseo Sisters”, a North-East traditional band who are better
known for their music “Li”. “Li”, the songs of the forgotten people and place.
They usually design their own dresses they wear on stage during performance.
Javed Khan:
Javed, an expressionist, designs his own clothes
and recently showcase his line at the Lakme Fashion Week. This one is among his
creations that he completed in 15 days while doing a full time job as a design
manager for Louise Phillipe.
Pranav Misra:
Misra, 28, who doesn’t feel weird talking to himself,
is a designer at Huemn and models occasionally. Would like to date Adele apart
from his poetry; now lives in New Delhi.
The lady behind the label क श (pronounce as Ka Sha, Handcrafted with Love
from India. Fashion & Textiles. Story Telling. Shape Shifting. Colour
Bombing) is a fashion designer.
